The innovation is the production of a singular structural wall system that can be used in the residential and commercial sector. The wall system is a hybrid composite sandwich panel that is lightweight but strong enough to withstand a cyclone up to category D and take a point load of over 10 tonnes per 1.2 meters. (Testing only allowed to 10 tonnes on this particular machine).
The panel will use a glue and screwing methodology and allows for sound reduction and thermal breaks. In time, the system should be able to accommodate any dimension with openings to suit, QR coded sent to site and then installed like a jigsaw puzzle to plan. This will provide the clients with a faster building procedure and a more cost-effective one. This will also allow it to be sold online with ease of constructions. Plans will be there with QR codes to represent where the panels go and a hard copy.
Both the interior and exterior will be coated with a Primer which then allows the walls to be painted, textured or even cladded as soon as it is finished depending on the customer’s needs. It has design freedom targeting many themes with one application. This walling system has many strengths.
